Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
